was born after financial advisor by day, Linda Croley, decided to jump into the food business. While providing clients with her national Italian- style pasta through Pappardelle’s Pasta, she decided that she wanted to offer them more. With the help of her loyal customers; she was able to create a company based on the simple idea of using family recipes, farm fresh local ingredients and a love for food. They now offer seasonal varieties of ravioli, pasta, lasagna, and a delicious tomato and basil sauce.

With almost a decade of experience in the hospitality and event industry, Chef Pleshette Bevelle
decided it was time to change directions and pursue her passion for cooking. Whilst attending The Culinary Institute of Virginia College she learned how to combine her creativity in design and flair for flavors. This not only allowed her to showcase her catering talents at local charity and corporate events, but also to celebrities! Along with creating and catering breathtaking events of all shapes and sizes, Chef Pleshette also offers personal chef services and private cooking classes.

The Roaming Gourmet Ze’ Carter
Founder and Director of Kitch’n Lyfe Skill, Inc., Chef Ze’ is passionate about food and cooking. The organization is dedicated to reducing the occurrences of food insecurity among youth who have aged out of foster care, at risk school aged children and the elderly. Through teaching and hands on instruction, Chef Ze’ has been on a mission to bring her passion to others. For over a decade people in Central Florida have sought her out for ways to enliven their culinary and eating experiences, and many of her dishes and desserts have won awards. She believes fantastic recipes are being created along with a renewed joy to the culinary experience and brining people back together around the table.
